To fulfill the strategy requirements, AG Neovo increase the investment in
Convertible Bond issued by tBPC.
Consider the total number of shares and total equity stake
after calculaitng the potential ordinary share.
AG Neovo will lead the operating and financial activities of tPBC.
After Assessment, AG Neovo get control of tBPC.
So tBPC will be recognized in AG Neovo consolidated financial statements.
So far, the cumulative shareholding ratio on tBPC held by the AG Neovo
is 34.72% and the cumulative Convertible Bond is NTD 18,800,000.
