ASIRO Inc. (TSE:7378) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Bikkore Co., Ltd. from Media Beats Co., Ltd. for ¥300 million on March 17, 2023. As part of transaction, ASIRO will acquire 10 million shares. The deal is expected to close on March 31, 2023.
ASIRO Inc. (TSE:7378) completed the acquisition of Bikkore Co., Ltd. from Media Beats Co., Ltd. for ¥150 million on March 31, 2023. The total consideration has been revised from ¥300 million to ¥150 million and the recovery of the difference amount has been made.
Asiro Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of legal media sites for lawyer industry. The Company operates through two business segments. Legal Media-related Business segment is classified into legal media, which provides marketing support services to lawyers, and derivative media, which provides marketing support services to advertisers other than lawyers. Legal media includes divorce, traffic accident, inheritance, labor problem, criminal case, debt collection, debt consolidation, information technology (IT), and corporate legal lawyer navigations. Other derivative media include Carism, a career change agent media site, Uwaki Investigation Navigation, a field-specific detective media site, and Hitosagashi, a field-specific detective media site. The Legal Human Resources (HR) Business segment is engaged in the provision of job change support services for qualified lawyers, and operation of a specialized job change site NO-LIMIT for lawyers.
