The Fund aims to achieve capital growth for investors through investing in a single vessel through its overseas subsidiary, KSF 1 International S.A. The Fund owns a very large crude oil carrier (VLCC) weighing 299,700 deadweight tons (DWTs) built by Odense Stalskibsvaerft Lindo in 1995. The VLCC has been chartered to Hyundai Merchant Marine Co., Ltd. for 10 years. The investment manager of the Fund is Korea Ship Finance Co., Ltd. (KSF), and the custodian company is Hana Bank. Its equity sales agent is Samsung Securities Co., Ltd.
