Change Of Audit Committee
The Company announces, with immediate effect, the composition
of the Audit Committee will comprise:
Mr Bob Tan Beng Hai - Chairman (Independent) Mr Philip Eng
Heng Nee - Member (Independent) Mr D R Hazelwood - Member
(Non-independent)
Mr Tan and Mr Eng are independent directors as defined in
Rule 704 (8) of the Listing Manual. Mr D R Hazelwood, who is
deemed a non-independent director, is appointed a Member
under a rotational arrangement announced previously. Mr
Hazelwood's membership of the committee will continue
until the date of the Annual General Meeting for the year
2013.
