Aseem Global Limited Board Approves Resignation of Vinod Kumar Gaud as Non-Executive Director and Yogesh Sharma as Non-Executive Independent Director

Aseem Global Ltd. has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, has approved the resignation of Mr. Vinod Kumar Gaud from the post of non-executive Director of the Company and the resignation of Mr. Yogesh Sharma from the post of non-executive independent Director of the Company.
