Pabbathi Badari Narayan Murthy, Dathvik Pabbathi and P S R Mahalakshmiprasanna made an offer to acquire 26% of stake in Arunjyothi Bio Ventures Limited (BSE:530881) for INR 13.5 million on July 14, 2022. Arunjyothi Bio Ventures is getting INR 25 per share. As of July 19, 2022, the offer price is INR 30 per share and the total consideration amounts to INR 16.2 million.

Date of closing of Tendering Period is expected to be September 21, 2022. CapitalSquare Advisors Private Limited acted as manager for the offeror. Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited acted as registrar for Pabbathi Badari Narayan Murthy, Dathvik Pabbathi and P S R Mahalakshmiprasanna.
