In Lapland Hotels' SnowVillage you can find the Arctic Blue Ice Bar, a bar made entirely from ice. Since its opening in December 2023, SnowVillage and the Arctic Blue Ice Bar has attracted visitors from around the world, offering a unique and unforgettable Arctic experience.

SnowVillage is an impressive combination of icy snow suites, ice sculptures, ice restaurant and this year, the Arctic Blue Ice Bar featuring a two-meter-tall gin bottle of ice. Each year, over 20 million kilos of snow and 300,000 kilos of crystal-clear natural ice are used to build the structures and sculptures of SnowVillage.

Maria Astrén, Destination Manager at Lapland Hotels is very happy with the season so far: “This year we are breaking records with 36000 visitors so far. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are sincerely grateful. It warms our hearts to read visitors' comments on different feedback channels! Our Ice Bar has also received a lot of attention this season, especially the large Arctic Blue Gin bottle made of ice has been a photographed attraction.”

Astrén also highlights that the Arctic Blue Products are generating interest, especially Arctic Blue Laku which is served in a shot glass made of ice. “It is intriguing and exotic because of its Finnish flavour”, Astrén adds.

For Arctic Blue Beverages, the collaboration with Lapland Hotels is an important step towards strengthening the HoReCa presence. “We are very excited about this collaboration with Lapland Hotels. Not only does the concept of SnowVillage suit our Arctic brand perfectly, but the collaboration as whole is also an important part of our Lapland HoReCa strategy”, says Valtteri Eroma, CEO and Head of Brand at Arctic Blue Beverages.

SnowVillage and the Arctic Blue Ice bar stays open until 4th of April 2024. The bar is serving customers everyday between 10AM to 10PM. SnowVillage is located in Kittilä, Finland.

Thanks to the collaboration between Arctic Blue Beverages and Lapland Hotels, customers can also find Arctic Blue Gin at most of Lapland Hotels' destinations as well as in the tax-free stores at Kittilä and Ivalo airports.
