Archroma Pakistan Limited announced consolidated and company earnings results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company's net sales were PKR 1,901,107,000 compared to PKR 1,865,670,000 for the same period in 2014. Operating profit was PKR 322,854,000 compared to PKR 233,991,000 for the same period in 2014. Profit before tax was PKR 292,198,000 compared to PKR 230,496,000 for the same period in 2014. Profit after taxation was PKR 227,635,000 or PKR 6.67 per share compared to PKR 177,234,000 or PKR 5.19 per share for the same period in 2014.
For the quarter, on consolidated basis, net sales were PKR 2,535,639,000 compared to PKR 1,865,670,000 for the same period in 2014. Operating profit was PKR 517,647,000 compared to PKR 233,991,000 for the same period in 2014. Profit before tax was PKR 485,758,000 compared to PKR 230,496,000 for the same period in 2014. Profit after taxation was PKR 326,332,000 or PKR 9.56 per share compared to PKR 177,234,000 or PKR 5.19 per share for the same period in 2014.

The clothing, textiles and leather materials solutions include denim and casual wear, fashion and formal wear, sportswear and outdoor, workwear and uniforms, toweling, bedsheets, table linen and upholstery, carpets, exterior textiles, automotive and transportation, and nonwoven. The packaging and paper solutions include tissue and toweling and printing and writing.
