Archer Materials Limited announced that Non-Executive Director, Mr. Paul Rix, has tendered his resignation from the Board of the Company with effect from 30 October 2020. Mr. Rix has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since February 2016 and served as a member of the Company's Audit and Risk Management Committee.
