Assisted 4 Living, Inc. (the "Company") has entered into an Employment Agreement with Louis Collier, Jr. ("Collier"), effective February 1, 2021 (the "Effective Date"). In connection with his employment, Collier has been appointed to serve as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Louis Collier, Jr. has over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. Since 2017, he has served as CEO for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Petersburg, LLC and UVA Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, LLC. From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Collier served in a national role as Vice President of Post-Acute Networks for Reliant Post Acute Care Solutions. From 2012 to 2014, he served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and as Vice President of Post-Acute and Hospitals for Wellmont Health System. In connection with Collier's appointments, Bruce A. Cassidy, Sr. has resigned his positions as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, effective as of the Effective Date.
Arboreta Healthcare, Inc. is a diversified healthcare company. The Company operates through three divisions: Arboreta Healthcare, Banyan Pediatric Centers, and Real Living Property Holdings. Arboreta Healthcare division provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living and independent living programs across 34 facilities in in Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Banyan Pediatric Centers division provides a prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) program that provides nurse-staffed day care for young people (birth to 21 years) who have medical conditions that require ongoing specialized care. Real Living Property Holdings division is a real estate holding company into which all real estate is housed. It provides a full range of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The Companyâs independent living communities provide basic housekeeping and linen services, meals, transportation to medical appointments and simple errands.
