APS Energia has received an order from H.Cegielski - Fabryka Pojazdów Szynowych with a value in excess of PLN 10 million. The contract confirms the continuation of development activities in the Traction & Transport (T&T) segment, which is strategic for the company.

As part of the order, APS Energia will supply dozens of sets of subcar static converters and the same number of pressure recorders for railcars. Implementation of the order will begin this year and end in the second half of 2025.

"The acquired contract amounts to more than PLN 10 million and confirms the continuation of our development activities in the Traction & Transport segment. We see opportunities for further cooperation with H.Cegielski. At the same time, we assess the entire T&T market as very promising, and the release of funds from the National Reconstruction Programme should only make the further development of this market more dynamic. In anticipation of this, we have taken measures in the area of R&D to develop and enrich our product range with further new and technologically advanced products in the T&T segment. These are dedicated to railways, trams, metros and electric and hybrid buses in the area of network infrastructure" - comments president of APS Energia Piotr Szewczyk.

This year, the company secured an order in the Traction & Transport segment from the Ukrainian market worth €2.5 million. At the end of last year, it concluded a contract with PKP Intercity Remtrak for the supply of equipment for railcars worth more than PLN 10 million.
