April Société Anonyme (ENXTPA:APR) acquired GlobalHealth Asia Limited on January 6, 2016. In a related transaction, April Société Anonyme acquired Avilog. The transaction will be funded with the group's available cash. GlobalHealth Asia reported a turnover of over €6 million in 2015. Sandrine Trichar and Samantha Druon at Insign acted as PR advisor for the transaction. Pierre-Paul Jacquet of Mazars acted as accountant and Padraig Walsh of Bird & Bird acted as legal advisor to April Société Anonyme.
