APPSOFT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. February has just reared it's head, and honestly I'm ready. Maybe I speak for myself, but this January has felt like a year itself, while 2020 felt like a decade. I'm just happy to finally be here.
And with that, I come bearing beautiful news. The Spirit Walker, Udyr, is finally getting a rework. It's been a little over 11 years since he's been released, and he is absolutely one of the champs that has been behind the times. His move-set has been antiquated for seasons, and I just never wanted to touch the dude. Here's to hoping that I'll want to touch him after he gets changed.

For context, Riot announced earlier this year that they would be hosting a voting contest to decide which champion would be reworked next. The champions they offered up as prospects were Skarner, Shyvana, Quinn, Nocturne, and Udyr. Personally, I voted for Shyvana, but the animal man needed this just as much. He won by a landslide too.

Now, there isn't too much we know about this rework. It was only just announced, and it's slated to released early next year. There are going to be future dev blogs outlining their work on the champion, but we're going to have to wait for those.
In other news, the voting for the next skin theme has been decided as well. When Riot created the rework ballot, they simultaneously held a ballot to decide on the next skin theme. These were Monster Tamers, Debonair 2.0, and Crime City Nightmare. The latter won out.
Crime City Nightmare has been described as a dark look at the street life of Valoran City, which is plagued by crime. It's set to be noir-inspired, with Cthulhu vibes. Love me some Cthulhu.
