Claudio Marinelli Resigns as Director of Applied Graphene Materials plc, Effect from January 27, 2015

Applied Graphene Materials plc announced that Claudio Marinelli has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from January 27, 2015 and will leave the business on this date to pursue other business interests. In the meantime, Jon Mabbitt, Chief Executive Officer, will oversee commercial and business development activities.

The Company's products include graphene nanoplatelets and graphene dispersions, including Genable 1000Series, Genable 1200 Series, Genable 1400 Series, Genable 1700 Series, Genable 2000 Series, Genable 3000 Series and Genable 4000 Series. The Company's applications include sustainable applications, paints and coatings, polymers and composites, car care, thermal adhesives, lubricants and functional fluids and batteries and energy storage. Its graphene nanoplatelet's two-dimensional graphitic nature can be employed to develop very light-weight and highly thermal conductive materials. It offers two series of thermal paste adhesive materials. The addition of graphene into car care systems has enhanced the properties of wax, polish, and detailing products.
