Mr. Brown is the Managing Director of Apex Fund Services Ltd, based in Bermuda, where he has more than a decade of experience in the hedge fund and fund administration industry. David previously held senior management positions at prestigious fund administration firms. He was an auditor with PwC, both in England and Bermuda, where he had a client portfolio encompassing a range of hedge funds, private equity funds and investment companies. Mr. Brown is currently
a non-executive Director on the board of a number of Bermuda funds and management companies, and serves in several government and industry working groups and committees.
