Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 1,588.8 million compared to INR 1,403.7 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 1,636.1 million compared to INR 1,426.4 million a year ago. Net income was INR 274.2 million compared to INR 187.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 1.57 compared to INR 1.07 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 4,232.9 million compared to INR 3,663.7 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 4,359.2 million compared to INR 3,810.9 million a year ago. Net income was INR 503.6 million compared to INR 421.9 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.88 compared to INR 2.42 a year ago.

Zone Connect is a mid-scale brand, which has four hotels in Goa, Coimbatore, Port Blair, New Delhi, and Mussoorie. It also operates in the retail food and beverage industry through Flurys, a patisserie on Park Street in Kolkata.
