Anuh Pharma Limited (BSE:506260) signed an agreement to acquire 10% stake in Huoban Energy 5 Private Limited from Huoban Private Limited for approximately INR 11.6 million on May 31, 2024. The consideration consists of INR 11.55 million in cash. As part of the consideration, INR 11.55 million was paid towards common equity.

The transaction is expected to completed before August 31, 2024.
