Anuh Pharma Limited Approves the Declaration of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19; Approves the Appointment of Sandeep M. Joshi as an Independent Director

Anuh Pharma Limited announced that at its annual general meeting held on August 22, 2019, approved the declaration of final Dividend INR 2.75 per equity shares of the company for the financial year 2018- 19.

The company shareholders also approved the appointment of Mr. Sandeep M. Joshi as an independent director for the second term with effect from August 22, 2019 to August 21, 2024.
