Following this transaction, Krøgenes and associated parties own a total of 1,400,788 shares, equivalent to 3.9% of the total outstanding shares inAndfjord Salmon AS . Krøgenes divested the privately held shares to partly finance the purchase of a commuter apartment located near Andfjord Salmon's facility at Andøya.
