Common Stock Dividend

On January 1, 2021, New York City REIT, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend of $0.10 per share on each share of the Company's Class A common stock and Class B common stock payable on January 15, 2021 to holders of record of shares of the Company's Class A common stock and Class B common stock at the close of business on January 11, 2021.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
