Amsc ASA, previously known as American Shipping Company ASA, is a Norway-based ship finance company focused on owning and bareboat chartering maritime assets. The company owns a fleet of nine modern handy size product tankers, one modern handy size shuttle tanker and an international subsea construction vessel. The Companyâs business activities are divided into two business segments: The U.S. Jones Act tankers and The Offshore.
