The Board of the Amati VCT 2 plc announced that Susannah Nicklin has been appointed as a director of the company with effect from 4 May 2016. Susannah has 20 years of investment and financial services experience, including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, equity research, wealth management and asset management sales. Currently, Susannah is a co-founder and CEO of Apprecie Limited. She is also a non-executive director at Pantheon International Plc and a member of the investment committee of private equity fund Impact Ventures UK. The company also announced that Christopher Moorsom will be stepping down following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2016.
