Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 11, 2021, Alussa and FREYR issued a joint press release announcing that FREYR is in negotiations with a major multinational industrial conglomerate (the "JV Partner") to potentially develop battery production facilities in North America. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
