On 11.03.2022 the Board of Directors of the Company ALUMIL ROM INDUSTRY S.A. has approved the extension for 18 months of the Loan Agreement concluded on November 16th 2020, in initial amount of Eur 1,000,000, to Company's subsidiary ALUMIL MISR FOR ALUMINUM AND ACCESORIES INDUSTRY JSC, with registered offices in Egypt, Cairo for the remaining amount of 552.407,49 Eur in the same terms and conditions.
