Subject: Notification of the offering date of newly issued ordinary shares to Private Placement No.1

and calculation of the offering price and comparison of the market price.

According to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders No. 3/2022 of All Inspire Development Public Company Limited (the "Company") which was held on 5 August 2022, has resolved to approve the issuance and allocation of newly issued ordinary shares of the Company, whether once in full or several times, not exceeding 359,123,129 shares with the par value of 0.50 Baht per share to offer to a private placement, namely, Echelon Capital Holdings Limited ("Investor"), and has resolved to authorize the Board of Directors and/or Chief Executive Officer or any persons appointed by the Board of Directors and/or Chief Executive Officer to be the person who can determine the sale price of the shares which must not be lower than 90% of the market price of the Company's ordinary shares. The market price of the Company's ordinary shares determined to be equal to the weighted average price of the Company's shares during, retrospectively, 7 consecutive business days, but not more than 15 consecutive business days before the date of determining the sale price.

The Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. Tor Jor. 72/2015 regarding permission for listed companies to offer newly issued shares to Private Placement, section 8 (1), stipulates that the Company has to offer the approved shares in accordance with the resolution of the shareholders' meeting. Determination of the offering price must be made for the best benefit of the Company and overall shareholders and must not lower than the weighted average price of shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand for at least 7 consecutive business days but not more than 15 consecutive business days before the date of determining the offering price. The price used for calculation of the weighted average price must be the daily average price of such shares . In this regard, the date for fixing the share offering price must be within 3 business days before the first offering day to the investor.

The Chief Executive Officer has set the price on 18 August 2022 at a price of 1 baht per share, which is not less than 90 percent of the market price by the average price of the Company's shares for the past
