Aldermore : to launch mortgage retention procuration fees for brokers

Procuration fees will be available to brokers on completion of product transfers for existing Aldermore customers onto one of its Loyalty Mortgages.

The key aspects of the new offering:

• 0.30% (net) procuration fee
• Available on the full range of Loyalty Mortgages: for Residential Owner-Occupied and Standard Buy-to-Let customers
• Customers will have access to the same rates and incentives, whether they are introduced via a broker or come to Aldermore directly.
