Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) recently launched a new offer on talabat, the food ordering platform. This promotion is a reflection of the Bank's eagerness to reward customers for simply spending using their ABK Visa Infinite, Visa Infinite Privilege, Emirates Visa Infinite and Signature credit cards as well as their Mastercard Platinum and Multicurrency prepaid cards.

Commenting on this, Ms. Johair Marafi, Acting General Manager at ABK, said, "This offer is part of ABK's aspirations to offer customers a 'Simpler Banking' experience. Our positioning is continuously cascaded into all our efforts, products, and services, with the aim of rewarding customers of all segments with the best possible offerings. This, in turn, is a reflection of the customer centric approach we adopt to ensure that we always prioritize their needs as our main focus of interest".

With two daily winners and a total of 58 winners, ABK customers have the opportunity to win KD 100 credited to 'talabat Pay' on their talabat accounts. Marafi said "Every KD counts! For every KD 1 spent using your cards locally, you get two chances to enter the draw to win KD 100 talabat Pay credit while you get 4 chances for international spends."

She highlighted that a daily minimum expenditure of KD 15 is required during the Holy Month of Ramadan to be eligible to enter the draws. Keeping customer convenience in mind, ABK has offered the flexibility of spending both locally and abroad both digitally in-person and through the talabat application. Marafi continued, "Stay tuned during the Holy Month of Ramadan to find out if you're one of our two daily winners."

She also clarified the mechanism of conducting the draws which will take place at the ABK Head Office in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Each week, the representative will select the previous week's credit or prepaid cardholder winners who will be awarded the KD 100 'talabat Pay' credit. Their names will then officially be published on the Bank's digital and social media platforms.

Marafi indicated that this collaboration comes during the Holy Month of Ramadan, a peak ordering time during, especially during iftar where several members of Kuwait's society hold family and friends gatherings to rejoice the holy occasion.

ABK is keen to offer customers exclusive benefits and valuable prizes alongside renowned brands. It endeavors to meet daily needs and offer facilitation under its strategic positioning of 'Simpler Banking' which strives to offer smooth and convenient banking products, services, and experiences.

ABK strives to establish strong partnerships and collaborations with leading entities in all sectors. This aims to provide customers, from all segments of society, the opportunity to benefit from worthwhile discounts and offers when using the Bank's cards both locally and abroad. These initiatives help strengthen ABK's brand image and contribute to its success as a prominent banking partner as well as a main contributor towards the retail sector.
