Business Summary

Airoha Technology Corp is a Taiwan-based company engaged in semiconductor-related business. The Company is engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and sale of mobile phone chipsets, wireless network chipsets, radio frequency (RF)/mixed frequency integrated circuit (ICs), multimedia ICs, computer peripheral ICs, high-end consumer electronics ICs, other special application ICs, and the purchase and sale of patents and circuit layout rights for the aforementioned products and their licensing. The Company also provides software and hardware application design, testing, maintenance and technical consulting services for the above products. The Company's products are mainly used in the fields of Bluetooth headphones, speakers, wireless microphones, hearing aids, satellite positioning communications and fixed-line communications. The Company sells its products domestically and internationally.
