Airgain, Inc. Announces Appointment of David Lyle as New Chief Financial Officer

Airgain, Inc. announced the appointment of David Lyle as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With twelve years of public company CFO experience and over two decades of experience in the technology industry, much of which spent in wireless technology markets, Lyle will oversee Airgain’s financial and accounting operations as well as corporate development. Lyle has a proven track record in successfully scaling high growth technology companies, having served in leadership roles in both public and private companies. Before joining Airgain, Lyle was the CFO of Sunniva, Inc. Prior to Sunniva, he was CFO at Maxwell Technologies, Inc. for four years, which was acquired by Tesla in 2019. Lyle also served as the CFO of Entropic Communications, Inc., which was acquired in 2015 by MaxLinear.
Airgain, Inc. is a provider of wireless connectivity solutions, offering a range of embedded components, external antennas, and integrated systems worldwide. The Companyâs enterprise products include embedded cellular modems, antennas for access points and Internet of Things applications, and asset trackers. Its consumer products include embedded antennas for consumer access points, wireless gateways, smart home devices and fixed wireless access devices. The Companyâs automotive products include aftermarket antennas that are typically connected to third-party cellular and Wi-Fi-enabled routers, digital video evidence devices, and telematics gateways. It has launched a second generation AirgainConnect Fleet system solution, which is a roof-mounted 5G vehicle gateway, combining a cellular modem, antennas, and additional features into a single device. Its NimbeLink embedded modems serves enterprise sectors requiring cellular connectivity such as packaging, logistics, and smart cities.
