AIMS APAC REIT announced distributable income of 2.370 cents per unit for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 comprising a taxable income component of 1.868 cents per Unit and a capital distribution component of 0.502 cents per Unit. First day of "ex-distribution" trading is 15 May 2024. Close of AA REIT's Transfer Books and Register of Unitholders (Record Date) is 16 May 2024.
