Ahlers AG has announced that Jan Hilger will resign from the management board, effective October 31, 2015. Mr. Hilger was responsible for procurement, logistics and process optimisation. Mr. Hilger's functions will temporarily be taken over by CEO Dr. Stella Ahlers and CFO Dr. Karsten Kolsch.
Mr. Hilger will leave the company at his own request for personal reasons. He will nevertheless remain available to Ahlers AG in an advisory capacity.
