LODGEMENT OF POLICE REPORTS

The interim judicial managers (the "Interim Judicial Managers") of AGV Group Limited (under Interim Judicial Management) (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wish to announce that police reports have been lodged by certain persons in Singapore and Malaysia, in relation to the alleged mismanagement and wrongdoings on the part of certain persons from the Group's subsidiaries in the course of carrying out their respective duties.

As at the date of this announcement and based on information available currently, the allegations set out in the police reports have yet to be verified. The Interim Judicial Managers are seeking legal advice on the foregoing (including the appropriate course(s) of action) and will fully cooperate with the relevant authorities as necessary. Further announcements will be released as and when there are material developments on the above.
