(4 January 2012, Hong Kong) - AGTech Holdings Limited ("AGTech", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") (SEHK code: 8279), the largest professional services provider in China's sports lottery market in terms of business scope and geographic coverage, announced that the "M6 Sports Lottery Terminal" developed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Greatwall GOT Information Products Co., Ltd. ("GOT") has been honoured with the "2011 China Red Star Design Award".
The China Red Star Design Award was established in 2006 by the China Industrial Design Association and Beijing Industrial Design Center and has earned a high degree of recognition from industry internationally. This year, the panel was comprised of judges with an international influence from seven countries including the US, France, the Netherlands, South Korea, Brazil and China. The judges made their selection from 240 products developed by 139 companies from more than 5,200 entries submitted by 1,135 companies. The "M6 Sports Lottery Terminal", GOT's fourth generation lottery terminal, was the first lottery terminal of its kind to garner this award.

The product incorporates advanced functionality and security features and offers higher computing capability to accommodate a range of different lottery games and periodic upgrades.

systems in 1998. With over 10 years of industry experience, GOT has developed advanced research and development capabilities in sports lottery terminals and systems and developed an extensive sales network in over 20 provinces and municipalities in the PRC. GOT is a leading brand in the PRC sports lottery field and has been recognised by the General Administration of Sport of China as the "Outstanding Company Contributing to Sports Lottery".
On 29 March 2011, AGTech announced that it would participate in a bid to acquire the remaining 65% interest in GOT in addition to the 35% interest it already held. The acquisition was completed in December 2011 and GOT is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group.
