ANNOUNCEMENT ON RESIGNATION OF THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE BANK

Due to work arrangements, Mr. LI Zhenjiang has tendered his resignation to the board of directors (the "Board") of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (the "Bank") as the vice president of the Bank. Mr. LI Zhenjiang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and does not have any matters in relation to his resignation that should be brought to the attention of the shareholders or creditors of the Bank.

Mr. LI Zhenjiang has performed his duties faithfully and diligently during his tenure as a member of the senior management of the Bank. The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. LI Zhenjiang for his significant contribution to the Bank during his tenure.
