AGR secures contract on Haven Jack-Up for Johan Sverdrup Published 13.02.2017
We are glad to share that we have won a contract from Jacktel to manage the surface treatment and corrosion protection repair works on Jacktel's mobile operating unit 'Haven'.
The accommodation service vessel is currently preparing for use in the Statoil-operated Johan Sverdrup field, one of the largest oil fields on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

The scope of work includes procurement management as well as supervising and executing the ongoing Surface Protection Repair project on the accommodation rig.
The Scope will be carried out by our Facilities Solutions division focusing on delivering field development and facilities engineering services both onshore and offshore.
Inge Holm, VP of the Facilities Solutions business unit at AGR, said, 'We look forward to working with Jacktel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Master Marine AS. Our highly experienced teams will collaborate with other work packages to provide a highly competitive solution across the entire project scope.'

The Facilities unit at AGR has long standing experience in delivering surface treatment and corrosion protection projects. Recent assignments include the Western Isles Development Project for Sevan Marine (Dana Petroleum), and the Olowi FPSO Topside Process Modules for Kanfa (CNRI) in West Africa.
