Kriss Cloninger III to Resign as Executive Officer of Aflac, with Effect from December 31, 2017

After 25 years of service, Kriss Cloninger III, President of Aflac Incorporated and a named executive officer, notified Aflac Incorporated on January 9, 2017 that he will retire from that position effective as of the close of business on December 31, 2017.
