AEDGE FORMS STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

WITH TAGVANCE

SINGAPORE, 27 September 2021 - Catalist Board-listedAedge Group Limited ("Aedge"), together with its subsidiaries and associated companies ("Aedge Group"), an Engineering, Security & Manpower and Transport Services provider, today announced that its 100% owned subsidiary, Aedge Technologies Pte Ltd ("Aedge Tech") has formed a strategic partnership with Tagvance Pte Ltd ("Tagvance").

This partnership entails collaborating on future requests for quotation ("RFQ") for Safety and Security projects in the construction industry in Singapore. As part of the partnership, Aedge Tech will submit proposals for the RFQ incorporating the use of Tagvance's products, solution and technical assistance services. This partnership is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 30 June 2022.
