Advantech Co., Ltd. (TSEC:2395) agreed to acquire 60% stake in KOSTEC Co., Ltd. on January 3, 2017. The combined entity is known as Advantech Kostec Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to be closed by the end of first quarter of 2017.
