ANNOUNCEMENT
Increase of Share Capital of ACTIBOND GROWTH FUND PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED ('Company") through the issue of Rights - Timetable for the actions to be taken for the allotment of the new shares corresponding to unexercised Rights
Further to a relevant announcement dated 8 February 2023 as well as a relevant letter of the Cyprus Stock Exchange dated 23 February 2023, public company ACTIBOND GROWTH FUND PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (the "Company") wishes to inform investors the following:
- The CSE has granted the Company an extension for the allotment of the shares corresponding to unexercised Rights and, as a result therefrom, the relevant period is extended until 17 March 2023.
- The CSE has requested from the Company that the commencement of trading of the resulting new shares (by 17 March 2023) take place within approximately 10 working days at the latest in accordance with the timetable for the issue of Rights.
The Company will inform investors according to the developments which will result.
