Notice Regarding Establishment of Nomination And Compensation Committee

Accordia Golf Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Accordia" or "the Company") announces that the abolition of the nomination committee and the establishment of the nomination and compensation committee on December 21 were approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held yesterday. Details are as follows.

Restructure

Establishment of nomination and compensation committee

In response to the application of the corporate governance code, the conventional nomination committee is abolished and the nomination and compensation committee is established as an advisory body to the Board of Directors.

The committee consists of five or more officers including the President, and the majority of the committee members will be outside officers who are sufficiently independent, by also making possible the appointment of outside experts.
