Abonmax Co., Ltd announced a private placement of 32,000,000 common shares at a price of TWD 10 per share for the gross proceeds of TWD 320,000,000 on June 17, 2024. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company and is expected to close from July 17, 2024 to July 26, 2024.
ABONMAX CO., LTD is a manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Company produces and sells double layer PCBs, multi layer PCBs and others. The Company's PCBs are applied to consumer products, such as camcorders, car audios, compact disc (CD) players, industrial control panels, uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs) and others; communications products, such as digital phones, answering machines, switches, personal digital assistants and others; information products, such as monitors, terminals, printers, network cards, image scanners, notebook computers and others. It also provides glass boards, which are applied in the smart phones, notebook computers, tablet computers and others. The Company is also engaged in the provision of PCB related technologies. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets, including Southeast Asia, the United States, Canada, Europe and others. It also provides glass boards.
