On January 24, 2022, 9 Meters Biopharma, Inc. announced that it has received notice from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that U.S. Patent Application No. 17/239,056 is allowed, which relates to NM-102 in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors.
