Benjamin Nicaire, the founder along with management acquired 25% stake in Cerenicimo SAS from 3i Group plc (LSE:III) and others at the end of December. The management acquired 5%. Valérie Pellereau and Ludovic Tron of Natixis Partners acted as financial advisor, Jean Beauchataud and Fabrice Piollet acted as legal advisor for 3i Group plc and others.
