Senior Management and proposed Board changes

3D Medical Limited (ASX:3DM) (3D Medical or the Company) advises that Mr Max Ghobrial has retired from the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr Ghobrial leaves 3D Medical well positioned and ready to launch aggressively into its next stage of growth and expansion. As previously advised to the market, it is intended that upon completion of the proposed merger between 3D Medical and Mach7 Technologies Pte.
