Valo Health, Inc. acquired TARA Biosystems, Inc. from 180 Degree Capital Corp. (NasdaqGM:TURN), Alexandria Venture Investments, LLC, Mérieux Equity Partners SAS, LifeForce Capital, DEFTA Partners, New York City Investment Fund Manager, Inc. and others on March 31, 2022. Under the terms of the acquisition, 180 will receive approximately $2.7 million in cash over the next 24 months and has the potential to receive an additional $3.3 million upon achievement of certain milestones. Rusty Ray, Christian Carlson, Darius Kuddo and Michaela Zhang of Alantra, LLC acted as financial advisor to TARA.
