1-PAGE MAKES MANAGEMENT CHANGE, ANNOUNCES INTERIM RESULTS

Management Change

1-Page announced today that CEO Peter Kent will leave the company. Mr. Kent was hired as the 1-Page CFO in late 2016. He was elevated to CEO after 1-Page founder Joanna Riley stepped down to focus her efforts on recruiting sales talent and fostering the company's business development efforts.

After disappointing sales growth and a sharp decline in the company's share price, the board has been actively working to reduce the company's cost base. The departure of Mr. Kent will lead to an acceleration of cost cutting initiatives. In addition to Mr. Kent's exit from the company co-founder Patrick Riley also has left the company.

Interim results

1-Page's results for the first two months of FY 2017 show an increase in one-time professional services revenue, but a decline of 55% in the number of SaaS customers using Source 3.0, the company's flagship platform. New sales growth has not exceeded the continued loss of customers.

For the first two months of FY 2017, 1-Page's revenues were $198,055USD. The total net loss for the period was $1.35M USD.

Revenue for the two months was boosted by a one-off $133,000USD payment under a 90-day agreement for non-recurring professional services work. During this period, recurring revenue declined to $15,240USD per month and saw the net loss of 11 customers.

The company intends to release first quarter results for the period ending April 30 before the scheduled shareholder meeting on May 15.

As previously reported a Special Committee comprising the independent directors of 1-Page recently worked with Ms. Riley and Mr. Kent on a proposed management-led buyout but management abruptly called off negotiations. Ms. Riley subsequently filed a notice to replace the 1-Page board with slate of new hand picked directors.
