Attacker blows himself up in front of Turkish ministry - interior minister

ISTANBUL (Reuters) -Turkey's interior minister said on Sunday an attacker blew himself up in front of a ministry building and another was "neutralised".

Media had earlier reported an explosion was heard in the capital Ankara near the parliament and ministerial buildings.

The minister said two security officers were injured.
