Citizens' reception is going on in Yerevan City Hall and in administrative districts in accordance with the determined schedule.
In December of 2016 685 citizens took part in the reception organized in the City Hall and in administrative districts. The issues raised by the citizens got appropriate answers and proper explanations.
The letters and applications beyond the Municipality powers were re-addressed to corresponding competent establishments.
