Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2019

Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces dates of publication of periodic reports in 2019:

• I. Consolidated Quarterly Reports:

  •  for 1Q 2019 - 10 May 2019

  •  for 3Q 2019 - 8 November 2019

• II. Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2018 - 8 March 2019

• III. Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for 1H 2019 - 22 August 2019

The Company also announces that:

•  pursuant to § 79 sect. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the "Regulation") the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for 4Q 2018 nor a consolidated quarterly report for 2Q 2019;

•  pursuant to § 62 sect. 1 of the Regulation the Company's consolidated quarterly reports for 1Q and 3Q 2019 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish it separately;

•  pursuant to § 62 sect. 3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish separate semi-annual report therefore its consolidated semi-annual report will also contain separate semi-annual condensed financial statements with auditor's report and condensed additional information.
