Wonderful Sky Financial Group Assists C-MER EYE CARE HOLDINGS LTD. (Stock Code: 3309.HK) with the Successful Listing on HKEx

C-MER EYE CARE HOLDINGS LTD. was established under the brand of 'C-MER Dennis Lam'. Headquartered in Hong Kong, it became
the first foreign investor to wholly own an eye hospital in the PRC. Since its establishment, its business has grown rapidly to include the
Central Eye Centre, the Mongkok Surgery Centre and four Satellite Clinics in different locations in Hong Kong. Its fifth Satellite Clinic, which
located in Kwun Tong, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2018. According to the Frost & Sullivan Report, its Hong Kong practice
under the brand of 'C-MER Dennis Lam & Partners' is the second largest eye centre in Hong Kong private ophthalmic service market in
2016 in terms of revenue with a market share of 4.7%. In PRC market, Shenzhen C-MER Dennis Lam Eye Hospital, established in March
2013, is the first and as of the Latest Practicable Date, one of the only two Hong Kong privately-owned hospitals established under CEPA.
This eye hospital ranked third in the private ophthalmic service market in Guangdong Province in 2016 in terms of revenue with a market
share of 5.4%.Moreover, it also ranked third amongst 113 public and private hospitals in Shenzhen in 2016 (overall) and ranked second in
the first quarter of 2017in the quarterly surveys of 'Patient Satisfaction' conducted by the Shenzhen Health Commission. The company has
stablished its second eye hospital in Beijing, which is the second Hong Kong privately-owned hospital established under CEPA and its eye
hospital in Beijing is planned to commence business operations in January 2018.
It is reported that C-MER Eye Care `s retail offering was over-subscribed by about 1,569.3 times and the international offering was
significantly over-subscribed. That's the highest retail participation in 11 years for Hong Kong IPOs worth at least $50 million.
